We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead our Talent and Resourcing function. This is a strategic role where you’ll lead on Talent Management, Recruitment & Resourcing and Learning & Development, ensuring our workforce is skilled, motivated and ready for the future.
As part of the College Leadership Team, you will:
* Lead and inspire recruitment and L&D teams to deliver exceptional services.
* Design and implement a forward-thinking talent strategy aligned with College priorities.
* Drive innovative recruitment processes and build strong talent pipelines.
* Oversee learning and development programmes, leadership training and succession planning.
* Champion Equality, Diversity & Inclusion across all recruitment and development activities.
* Develop analytics and dashboards to track skills gaps, learning outcomes, ROI and provide evidence-based recommendations
What we’re looking for:
* Level 2 maths and English qualifications or the equivalent e.g. GCSE grade C or above, GCSE grade 4 or above
* Proven experience in talent management, recruitment, and L&D at a senior level.
* Strong knowledge of employment law, HR policies and HR best practice.
* Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
* A passion for developing people and creating a culture of growth.
