Salary - £28,000 + Company Car & Fuel Card + 10% Bonus + Hybrid Working
Hours - Mon-Fri, 09:00-17:00 - 3 days on the road / 2 days remote
Responsibilities:
* Manage customer portfolio, including existing and new business, to meet sales, shopper, and brand objectives within set parameters.
* Implement national plans locally, ensuring distribution & activation align with brand objectives and support TGM targets.
* Develop collaborative customer partnerships based on their needs, translating sales and brand objectives into customer business plans, ranging, and activation aligned with their cycles. Collaborate with Brand and NPD teams to keep them informed of key customer plans and menu cycles.
* Coordinate with commercial planning and activation teams to ensure all activities meet company and brand expectations, managing budgets and forecasts through CBP systems.
* Provide required information for internal and external stakeholders within deadlines, including management, sales, finance, and brand teams.
* Use insights to maximize brand distribution, visibility, and availability through target setting, gap analysis, and aligning customer needs with brand features. Manage listings based on brand and channel objectives and NPD processes.
* Monitor competitor activity and report insights to enhance understanding of the channel and competition.
* Maintain control over financial management, including limiting debtor days, resolving credit issues, and ensuring invoices are paid within 35 days.
