You will work closely with leaders, learn to challenge and advise, and grow into a trusted recruitment partner. We’ll support your development so that, within your first year, you become a confident, strategic voice helping us build high-performing, people-focused teams. Key Responsibilities Partner with leaders to understand retail and sales goals, and learn to advise on workforce planning and recruitment strategy. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, delivering a smooth and professional experience for candidates and hiring managers. Use our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter to build talent pipelines and track progress effectively. Contribute ideas to improve and future-proof our recruitment systems and processes. Proactively source and engage retail and sales talent who thrive in fast-paced, customer-focused environments. Support and guide hiring managers, ensuring consistent, fair, and effective selection. Build and maintain pipelines for future talent needs in retail, field sales, and business support functions. Learn to use recruitment data and insights to inform decisions and drive improvements. Promote our employer brand as an authentic ambassador for REL Group and the Advantage Smollan family. Strengthen your ability to plan ahead and anticipate future hiring needs. Key Skills and Attributes High emotional intelligence, with the ability to build strong relationships and trust quickly.
