The role of the Site Manager is to manage and monitor the delivery of the specified site/block to time and budget, in a safe and effective manner. The Site Manager will be expected to manage, motivate, appraise, and deliver short-term programmes to the foremen and sub-contractors within the project.

The Site Manager will liaise with the commercial and health and safety teams, as well as managers across the business, to ensure project delivery. They will also compile and issue weekly site reports to the Project Manager for review and transmission to the client.

Founded over 20 years ago, Lawtech has become a leading principal contractor specializing in cladding remediation. We deliver high-quality, compliant, multi-million-pound cladding repatriations and regeneration contracts throughout London and the wider Southeast.

Please note this role is a fixed-term contract for approximately 10 months. Only apply if you can commit to the full FTC.


Role Responsibilities:

* Create, manage, and monitor project plans and budgets.
* Manage foremen and site-specific sub-contractors.
* Collaborate with Commercial, Design & Quality, and Health & Safety departments.
* Ensure all works adhere to safety standards and RAMs.
* Ensure works meet construction drawings and specifications.
* Complete works on time and within deadlines.
* Prepare weekly and monthly client reports for the Project Manager.
* Manage workforce to meet productivity, deadlines, and budgets.
* Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
* Own all aspects of work management within your remit.
* Understand scope and manage resources for timely delivery.
* Coordinate labour and materials efficiently, liaising with project teams.
* Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with legislation and policies.
* Work with relevant departments to manage subcontractors, budgets, and costs.
* Ensure delivery of the H&S plan, risk assessments, and related documentation.
* Coordinate with ISO and Design & Quality departments for service and product delivery.
* Manage resident issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
* Monitor workforce performance and conduct site meetings.
* Stay updated with industry regulations and company procedures.
* Oversee QA/QC processes and maintain the site programme.


Skills and Qualifications:

* Technical ONC/HNC or equivalent in construction-related discipline.
* CSCS card.
* Site Managers Safety SMSTS.
* Scaffold awareness; PASMA certification.
* Fire awareness training.
* DBS check if required.
* Minimum 4 years of experience.
* Proficient in MS Excel, Word, Project, and Outlook.
