The Role We are looking for passionate Cooks to join our kitchen team at HG Soho. You’ll be part of an energetic team in a modern and health-focused environment, where every day is a new opportunity to deliver outstanding food and experiences to our guests. Key Responsibilities Prepare fresh, high-quality dishes following HG’ recipes and quality standards. Support daily mise en place and service to ensure consistency, speed, and excellence. Work closely with the rest of the kitchen team to maintain a clean, safe, and efficient kitchen. Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene standards, and HACCP procedures. Assist with stock control, deliveries, and proper handling of ingredients, treating every product with care. What We’re Looking For Previous experience as a Cook or Kitchen Assistant is desirable, ideally in fresh, healthy, or ingredient-led kitchens. Availability to work 40 hours/ week on rotating shifts (including weekends and bank holidays). A proactive, responsible attitude with a strong team-player mindset.
