What is the role?
Persimmon Homes are recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to join their Construction Team. The purpose of the role is to manage the construction site according to company guidelines and goals ensuring all aspects of the project are in conformity with proposed budgets, timelines and construction and quality standards.
Primary Responsibilities
1. Manage a construction site, to ensure the development is completed on time, to specification and safety regulations, while complying with company and construction build and quality standards
2. Ensure all quality and safety inspections are within quality control standards and carried out in accordance with Group guidelines
