We are seeking an experienced and proactive Site Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a high-performing secondary school in Leeds. Role Responsibilities • Managing the overall maintenance, security and daily running of the school site • Supervising caretaking and cleaning teams • Conducting inspections and responding to maintenance issues promptly • Liaising with contractors, ensuring compliance and overseeing site projects • Ensuring all health & safety requirements and statutory checks are completed • Managing budgets, stock levels and site improvements Experience and Qualifications • Previous experience as a Site Manager or similar role • Strong knowledge of H&S legislation and compliance • Practical/DIY or trade skills highly desirable • Excellent organisational and leadership abilities Salary Paid according to experience on the local support staff scale.
