In this role, you will oversee approximately 30 houses, managing sub-contractors, health and safety, and ensuring high standards upon handover.
The successful candidate must have experience with UK house builders, hold necessary certifications (CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid), and be able to work effectively under pressure. This is a minimum 6-month contract.
