Overview

Responsibilities

* Make high-volume outbound calls to both prospective and existing wholesale partners to generate new business and strengthen relationships.
* Manage regular communication cycles with wholesale accounts to ensure high engagement, retention, and repeat orders.
* Provide daily sales support to the wholesale team, contributing to overall team success.
* Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets for your assigned accounts, consistently delivering strong results.
* Research and identify new sales opportunities to expand our wholesale market presence and increase revenue.
* Drive partner engagement through structured follow-ups, sales calls, and meaningful relationship-building initiatives.
* Share insights with the leadership team on potential marketing campaigns and strategies to enhance account performance.
* Handle inbound sales inquiries via phone and email with speed and professionalism, converting them into qualified business opportunities.
* Identify areas of improvement within existing accounts and apply effective sales strategies to re-engage and recover business.
* Meet and exceed KPIs, focusing on revenue growth, partner acquisition, and engagement metrics.
* Maintain accurate records of all sales activities using HubSpot, ensuring clear reporting and pipeline visibility.


Qualifications and Experience

* Proven sales experience with a strong track record of driving revenue growth.
* Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed performance targets.
* Previous experience in the distribution and/or wholesale industry is highly desirable.
