Roles & Responsibilities
* Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer management support
* Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, hiring timelines, and workforce needs
* Develop and implement sourcing strategies using appropriate channels such as job boards, online platforms, and local networks
* Screen candidates based on job-related criteria and coordinate interviews with hiring teams
* Maintain effective communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process
* Track and manage recruitment activities using applicant tracking systems
* Deliver recruitment outcomes in line with agreed timelines and quality standards
* Provide market insights and recommendations to support hiring decisions
Qualifications
* Relevant experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field, typically gained overapproximately 3 years or more, to effectively manage end-to-end hiring processes independently.
* Experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes is preferred
* Ability to handle multiple job requisitions and work in a fast-paced environment
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
