Job Description
3. Manage and oversee all HR operations, including employee relations, and performance management
4. Ensure compliance with UK employment laws and regulations
5. Develop management capability through training and implementing HR processes
6. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with company goals
7. Business partner leadership teams to support growth and organisational goals
8. Support managers and employees with HR-related queries and concerns
9. Facilitate training and development programmes to enhance employee skills
10. Assist in organisational change and restructuring initiatives as needed
The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Manager should have:
11. Proven experience within a HR Manager or HRBP role, working with operational teams - ideally within retail, logistics, engineering/manufacturing environment
12. Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR compliance requirements
13. Comfortable working in an environment where you'll build the HR function from the ground up
14. Experience in managing end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment and employee relations
15. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across a range of stakeholders
16. Proficiency in HR systems and tools for managing payroll and employee data.
17. The ability to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals
