Full membership of the CIPD or equivalent or able to demonstrate equal level of knowledge and competency In-depth knowledge of current and emerging employment practice and trends Experience in providing employment advice in a multi-disciplined environment Proven relationship management skills and the ability to develop strong, mutually beneficial relations with external and internal networks and stakeholders A track record demonstrating an ability to deliver on people related projects
