The Role
As a Sales Executive you will be involved in a combination of outbound and inbound sales, being entrepreneurial in a high-growth sector. Creating and executing on a strategy you can develop yourself.
Services you will be selling:
* On & off-ramping
* Stablecoin banking
* FX
* Stablecoin yield
* Staking
* Crypto custody
* Asset Tokenization
Salary package
£50,000 basic
£150,000 on target commissions
What You'll Be Doing
* Outbound and inbound sales
* Product demos
* Communicating with C-suite and enterprise stakeholders
* Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, product demos, negotiations, and closing
* Strategic shaping of approach while executing directly on opportunities
* Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and CRM hygiene
The Ideal Candidate
* Strong personal network across the sector and area
* Excellent sales and business development skills
* Strong prospecting, lead generation, and conversion capabilities
* Ability to connect with decision-makers from internal teams at all leadership levels
* Track record of exceeding sales and revenue targets
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client relations
* Understanding of cryptocurrency, stablecoins, and blockchain technology
* Experience in a startup environment
* Experience with financial services / fintech
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
