This HR Manager role will report to the US-based International Segment HRVP, and will partner closely with our four Operating Unit HR Leaders (Brazil, China, EUAU&NA, and GEMs). This role will execute the HR strategies and initiatives directed by US-based International Segment and to provide HR business partnership to four International Segment Global Function VPs, including Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance and Human Resources. This HRBP role sits on our 4 Leadership Teams and implements plans to ensure we have strong talent pipelines, an engaging and inclusive culture, and an effective operating model that delivers on our International Segment priorities. This person will partner with these central functions and their leaders in the pursuit of accelerating profitable growth by providing governance, project management and consultation for functions outside of North America.
This role will provide the person the opportunity to gain experience in complex project management, change leadership, matrix relationship management, and be exposed to multiple businesses within the International Segment. Additionally, this role will build on all four core HR capabilities (Business Mindset and Insights, Situational Agility, Credible Influence, and Data & Analytics Mindset) while also building depth in Specialized HR capabilities (Org Effectiveness, Talent Management, and Consulting Agility).
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Act as the primary HR Business Partner to four key International Segment SLT leaders - Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Human Resources. Provide strong executional support of International Segment strategy to these leaders and their teams to ensure delivery of both long-term strategy and short-term operations are delivered.
2. Proactively partner with business leaders, Unit HR Directors, and the International HR team to deliver strong business performance by developing and implementing key talent, organization and culture priorities for the teams.
3. Coach and influence senior leaders; provide team effectiveness and development support
4. Execute annual talent processes across the central functions supported, partnering closely with International and Enterprise HR to ensure integrated processes and consistent talent standards are followed across geographies, under the governance and direction of the US based International Segment VP.
5. This HRBP role requires flexibility to work across time zones and may require some global travel (~10%)
What you will bring to the team
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
6. Minimum of a Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of related experience
7. A strong background with HR Business Partner accountabilities required, including talent management, change management, consulting agility, leadership development/coaching and organizational design
8. Cultural agility and flexibility to partner across multiple cultures, diverse backgrounds, different businesses and time zones
9. Strong strategic mindset with demonstrated ability to translate the business agenda into HR strategy and lead all the way through execution
10. A track record of strong coaching, conflict management and influence up, down, and across the organization
11. Strong collaboration and partnership skills and an interest in being part of a fluid and cohesive team
12. Comfort with ambiguity, experimentation and a learning mindset
13. A strong bias for action – able to deliver on the short-term while also having a clear vision and plan to tackle long term opportunities.
14. Demonstrated an ability to test new ideas, learn, refine/pivot, and move forward at high-speed.
15. Models engaging leader behaviors with a focus on learning mindset, productive discourse, and foster agility
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
16. Masters in Human Resources/Industrial Relations or MBA preferred
17. Proven experience working successfully across multiple geographies within a global function and/or matrix highly desired
18. Strong data & analytics skills
