Responsibilities
* Nurturing and developing relationships with potential and existing customers
* Conducting effective vehicle presentations and test drives
* Meeting and exceeding set sales targets and KPIs
* Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of the automotive industry and market trends
* Collaborating closely with the sales team to maximise sales opportunities
* Ensuring the sales process is seamless, from initial enquiry through to delivery
Qualifications
* Demonstrable experience in automotive sales
* Proficiency in understanding customer needs and matching them with the right Mercedes-Benz product
* Exceptional communication skills
* An unwavering commitment to customer service excellence
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* Valid UK Driving Licence, Proven track record in a sales environment within the automotive sector
* Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
* Keen attention to detail and organisational skills
