About the Role
The HR Officer will be responsible for delivering efficient, compliant, and high-quality HR services across the school. Duties include recruitment administration, onboarding, maintaining the Single Central Record (SCR), staff absence management, HR queries, payroll support, and ensuring safeguarding and safer recruitment compliance.
The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, good working knowledge of HR processes, and experience in a fast-paced setting.
Experience and Qualifications
* Previous HR experience (school HR preferred but not essential)
* Understanding of safer recruitment and SCR compliance
* Strong organisational and administrative skills
* Ability to handle confidential information professionally
* CIPD Level 3 (desirable) or willingness to work towards it
