Responsibilities
* Lead and drive compliance with ISO and all certified standards.
* Own and manage the Quality Management System (QMS), processes, and documentation to meet ISO22716 Cosmetic GMP, BRC Consumer Products, RSPO Supply Chain, and Cosmos Organic requirements.
* Manage and develop the Quality Team and oversee daily operations.
* Chair monthly and annual Quality Meetings, ensuring performance reviews against Quality Manual 5.6.2.
* Set annual Quality objectives and deliver them on time.
* Define, monitor, and report on Quality KPIs.
* Coordinate and support external and internal audits, including traceability and recall exercises.
* Safeguard product quality—ensuring in-process and finished goods meet customer standards.
* Investigate complaints, non-conformances, and deviations; drive root cause analysis and implement CAPAs.
About You
* Qualifications: Degree in a scientific discipline or extensive manufacturing experience with a strong focus on Quality systems.
* Experience / Skills / Knowledge: Proven track record in Quality systems and GMP compliance, including ISO22716 Cosmetic GMP, BRC Consumer Products, RSPO Supply Chain, Cosmos/Soil Association Organic; experienced leader; proficient in Office 365 and ERP systems.
* Aptitudes / Attributes: Clear, confident communicator; cross-functional collaboration; ability to engage senior management and deliver updates at board level.
