About The Role
Are you driven by a passion for educational excellence and continuous improvement? We’re seeking a proactive and experienced Quality Manager to lead and coordinate quality assurance across our college sites. In this pivotal role, you’ll champion high standards, ensure regulatory compliance, and help shape outstanding learner outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead the implementation of the Colleges Quality Strategy and annual quality calendar.
* Manage quality assurance across curriculum areas, ensuring alignment with awarding body standards.
* Coordinate inspection readiness and internal/external verification processes.
* Support teaching and learning improvements through observations, learner voice activities, and CPD.
* Analyse performance data to identify trends and drive continuous improvement.
* Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to foster a culture of excellence.
What We’re Looking For
* PGCE/Certificate of Education or equivalent
* Level 6 qualification or higher
* Proven experience in quality assurance within FE
* Strong understanding of post‑16 education challenges and Ofsted processes
* Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills
