Position Overview The Box Office Coordinator for Scullers Jazz Club at the DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Boston-Cambridge is responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to the Artistic Director, ensuring outstanding guest service and supporting the venue's financial goals.
Key Responsibilities Greet and assist guests, responding to requests promptly and courteously.
Manage daily operations of the Box Office.
Coordinate with the Artistic Director, Production Manager, and hotel staff to ensure smooth show operations.
Prepare nightly will-call lists, settlement sheets, and handle special requests.
Assist guests with ticket purchases and general inquiries about Scullers.
Support customers with jazz package hotel reservations.
Perform administrative tasks such as word processing, data entry, filing, and correspondence.
Answer phones and handle general office duties.
Assist with seating arrangements on show nights.
Availability to work nights on Fridays and Saturdays.
Experience with TicketWeb ticketing system is preferred; training available.
Social media and marketing experience to promote the jazz club is a plus.
