Quality Manager - MOD Procedures
Location: Cambridge, Cambridgeshire (commutable from Royston, Haverhill, Saffron Walden)
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000
Working Days: Monday - Friday
Our client is a family business within Aviation Engineering. Started over 30 years ago, they have grown into both aviation maintenance and restoration. The role involves regular contact with the Ministry of Defence (MOD) and the Military Aviation Authority, making it suitable for someone with over 5 years of experience in an aviation company's Quality department.
Responsibilities:
* Managing the Quality procedures and QMS on-site
* Liaising with the MOD and Military Aviation Authority
* Creating and writing Quality Procedures
* Internal and external auditing
* Reviewing audits and creating corrective and preventative action plans
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
* Over 5 years in the aviation industry
* Over 5 years in a Quality role
* Knowledge and experience of working with the MOD and Military Aviation Authority
Qualifications:
* Qualifications in Quality, Engineering, or Aviation
* Desirable: BCAR Section L or UK Part 66 Licence
