We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing HR functions, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and fostering a positive workplace culture. This position requires strong leadership skills, effective communication, and the ability to analyse data to inform HR strategies. You will join a wonderful team based in Lichfield, overseeing three businesses under one group. You be supporting over 120 staff, some internationally in all HR operational matters globally and to ensure policies and procedures are in place. You must have experience using HR platforms and have been in a HR role previously.

Qualifications / Skillset
* Experience in a HR role
* Experience in the care industry is ideal!
* Minimum 2 years experience
* Qualifications in HR such as CIPD or equivalent
* Strong knowledge of employment law and HR practices

* IT literate
* Excellent written and communication skills

Salary / Benefits
* Salary bracket £28,000 to £35,000 depending on experience
