Catering Manager – Eurest at SC Johnson (Frimley)
£38,000 per annum | Monday–Friday
Eurest is looking for an experienced Catering Manager to lead the catering operation at SC Johnson in Frimley. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands‑on, people‑focused leader who is passionate about great food, outstanding service and driving performance.
The Role
* Lead, motivate and develop a team of chefs and front‑of‑house staff to deliver exceptional food and service.
* Take full accountability for Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) compliance and financial performance.
* Manage budgets, costs and commercial targets, using data to make informed, strategic decisions.
* Build strong client relationships, attending client meetings and producing monthly reporting packs.
* Maintain high standards across food quality, service delivery and customer experience.
About You
* Previous experience in contract catering is highly desirable.
* A confident, hands‑on leader with a strong people focus.
* Commercially and strategically minded, with the ability to analyse data and drive improvements.
* Professional, organised and comfortable working directly with senior clients.
