Internal Site Manager – Freelance (CIS)

O'Neill & Brennan are currently seeking an experienced Internal Site Manager for a freelance opportunity on a major residential development project near Brixton.
Role Overview:
You will be responsible for managing 2–3 blocks of RC frame apartments, overseeing all internal works from 1st fix through to final handover. This is a hands-on management role, requiring strong coordination and communication skills to ensure quality and timely delivery.
Requirements:
Minimum 3–5 years’ experience working on residential builds in the UK
Proven background with a Tier 1 Main Contractor or large residential developer
Strong knowledge of internal construction phases, snagging, and handover processes
SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications (desirable)
Key Responsibilities:
Day-to-day management of internal packages
Coordinating subcontractors and ensuring work is carried out to high standards
Monitoring progress against the program
Ensuring health and safety compliance at all times
Managing quality control and snagging processes
This is a freelance role paid via CIS, running through to January 2026, with the potential for ongoing work thereafter.
