A globally operating listed high level technology & manufacturing group is currently recruiting for an Global Mobility Tax and Reward Manager on a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract. As the Global Mobility Manager you will support the businesses UK sites where you will be managing UK outbound/inbound assignments, as well as employment tax advice for benefits across the UK, and payroll reporting support to business units from a Tax and NIC perspective. In brief, responsibilities in this job will include: Provide mobility and tax related expertise and advisory support to UK sites Ensure compliance with relevant UK Legislation regarding various Employment Tax matters Seek to continually improve the Global Mobility function Advise HR teams on immigration, tax and social security regulations Oversee monthly payroll instructions relating to mobile employees Advisory support for matters such as employment tax, PAYE and National Insurance Due diligences reviews on tax, immigration and social security Manage communication with stakeholders at all levels Our client is seeking a qualified (ATT, CTA, ACA) Global Mobility Tax Manager who may join straight from Accounting Practice, or already have in-house experience (or a mix of both).
