New Homes Sales Executive needed in Manchester Paying £32,486k per annum ref 000A BDC8 / 1 Full time hours on a temporary basis Key Responsibilities Manage all aspects of the new homes sales process, from initial enquiry to legal completion. Guide customers through various sales routes including outright sale, shared ownership, affordable housing, Help to Buy, and First Homes. Provide accurate information on developments, house types, specification, pricing, and availability. Deliver excellent customer service, building strong relationships with prospective buyers. Work closely with mortgage advisors, solicitors, and internal teams to progress sales efficiently. Maintain show homes, sales areas and marketing materials to a high standard. Maximise reservations and achieve sales targets in line with business objectives. Keep detailed records of enquiries, viewings and customer interactions using CRM systems. Ensure full compliance with consumer codes, sales procedures and regulatory frameworks.
