We are now searching for a Human Resources Administrator to join our team and play a vital role in supporting the people who make it all possible. This is a fantastic opportunity to put your HR skills into action and grow your career within a world-renowned Hilton brand.
The Role
Your focus will be on delivering a smooth and engaging recruitment, onboarding and induction process for all new team members, making sure they feel welcomed, informed and inspired from day one. You'll also:
* Prepare contracts and ensure seamless set-up on Hilton systems and Flow training platform
* Maintain up-to-date personnel files and training records in line with company standards and legislation
* Support the hotel culture by managing Employee of the Month nominations and coordinating staff canteen orders
* Assist payroll by checking rota, time and attendance records
* Work closely with our employment law firm to issue resignation and employee relations letters
* Provide essential administrative support to Heads of Departments, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes
What We're Looking For
We need a confident, organised and people-focused administrator who thrives in a busy HR environment. Ideally, you'll bring:
* Previous HR administration experience (hospitality background preferred)
* CIPD Level 3 in Human Resources (or working towards it)
* Strong organisational and diary management skills
* Full proficiency in Microsoft Office packages
* A professional, discreet and approachable manner with excellent communication skills
