Job Description
3. Provide administrative support to the human resources team in Glasgow.
4. Assist with onboarding processes, including preparing documentation and organising inductions.
5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
6. Handle routine correspondence and respond to HR-related inquiries.
7. Prepare reports and presentations as required by the HR department.
8. Coordinate training sessions and maintain training records.
9. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
10. Support the team with ad hoc administrative duties as needed.
The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Administrator should have:
11. Previous experience in a similar HR or administrative role, ideally within the leisure, travel, and tourism industry.
12. A strong understanding of HR processes and systems.
13. Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
14. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
15. A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
