Overview

As a Sales Executive, you will develop and maintain excellent relationships with a wide range of customers, build rapport, identify growth areas and target new business. You will actively reach out to new customers, set up sales meetings and work with branch managers to implement a successful sales plan.


Responsibilities

* Actively identify and pursue new sales prospects through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
* Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits of Rexel's products and services.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
* Negotiate sales contracts and close deals with transparency and accuracy.
* Meet and exceed sales targets set by the company.
* Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs.
* Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
* Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to achieve collective goals.

* Sales knowledge: A track record of success in sales, consistently achieving and exceeding targets. Motivated by results and driven to grow your portfolio.
* Exceptional Communication Skills: Natural communicator who can build rapport with clients and colleagues, understand customer needs and deliver tailored solutions.
* Proactive Problem-Solver: Approaches challenges with creativity and determination, seeking innovative ways to overcome obstacles and achieve results.
* Independent and Collaborative: Confident working independently, but thrives as part of a team, contributing to group success.
