Thrive Trowbridge are delighted to be working with our established client in the North Bristol area who urgently require an Outbound Sales Executive to join their busy team.
In this key role, duties will include the following :
Making outbound calls to current, lapsed and prospect customers to promote and sell their product range
Building and maintaining strong relationships
Dealing with enquiries, quickly assessing and understanding customer requirements
Assisting with producing and following up on quotations
Updating the CRM system
What you will need to succeed:
A proven track record within sales / telesales
Proactive and self-motivated approach to calling customers
Exceptional communication, administration and customer service skills
Excellent IT skills including ERP/CRM software
