Contract Personnel are looking for a reliable and hardworking Labourer to join our well-established client based in Watton.
In this role, you will assist with surface preparation and masking operations to ensure high-quality finishes on various projects.
The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and follow safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with preparing surfaces, including cleaning, masking, and priming.
Carry out masking of areas that are not to be sprayed, ensuring precise and clean lines.
Operate and maintain sandblasting and paint spraying equipment under supervision.
Handle materials, tools, and supplies required for sandblasting, painting, and masking.
Ensure the work area is kept clean, organized, and safe at all times.
Assist in mixing and preparing paint, coatings, and other materials.
Follow all safety protocols and wear protective gear as required.
Assist with other general labour tasks as needed on site.

Monday to Friday, (Apply online only)

Qualifications:
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
Experience with masking techniques is an advantage.
Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
Ability to work well within a team and take direction.
Good physical condition and ability to lift and carry heavy items.
Basic understanding of health and safety regulations in construction or industrial settings.
Working Conditions:
Physical work environment requiring standing, lifting, and handling heavy materials.
Use of protective equipment, including respirators, goggles, and gloves.
Ability to work in all weather conditions as required.
