Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Human Resources Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes, ensuring the alignment of HR strategies with business objectives. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of HR systems and data analysis.
Responsibilities
* Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
* Manage the recruitment process, including the use of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Taleo and Workday.
* Supervise and support HR staff in their daily operations, providing guidance and mentorship.
* Oversee employee onboarding, training, performance management, and development programmes.
* Maintain accurate HRIS records and ensure data integrity for reporting purposes.
* Conduct data analysis to identify trends and inform decision-making within the organisation.
* Facilitate effective communication between management and employees to foster a positive workplace culture.
* Prepare and deliver presentations on HR initiatives to various stakeholders.
* Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations while promoting best practices in human resources.
Experience
* Proven experience in a Human Resources management role with supervisory experience preferred.
* Proficiency in HRIS systems, particularly Workday and PeopleSoft, along with strong data analysis skills.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present information clearly to diverse audiences.
* Familiarity with recruitment tools such as ATS (Taleo) is advantageous.
* Strong management skills with the ability to lead teams effectively while fostering a collaborative environment.
