Our client is a fast-growing London-based B2B fibre provider that is expanding its service offering beyond pure fibre and broadband. In addition to industry-leading connectivity, they now deliver Unified Communications (UC), Cloud, Cyber Security, and Network Security products—targeting the growing demand for integrated digital infrastructure across the capital.

Key Requirements
We are looking for a high-performing Sales Executive with a strong background in B2B telecoms, particularly within a fibre, ISP, MSP, or network infrastructure provider.
Must-have experience and attributes:
* Proven success in B2B sales, ideally in telecoms, ISP, or MSP environments
* Experience with connectivity, fibre solutions, or managed services
* Track record of generating new business and managing the entire sales cycle
* Ability to cross-sell and up-sell within an existing customer base
* Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting client relationships
* Knowledge of sales techniques and solution-based selling
* Comfortable operating autonomously with energy, ownership, and urgency
* Demonstrable results in a target-driven environment
* Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills
* Proficient in CRM systems and reporting sales activities
Role & Responsibilities
As a Sales Executive, you will join the commercial team and take ownership of your territory and sales activities. You’ll be expected to engage proactively with existing and prospective clients to drive new revenue across fibre and value-added services.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Managing a defined sales territory in London, gaining in-depth knowledge of local market dynamics and customer needs
* Generating new opportunities via cold calling, email campaigns, in-person walk-ins, and networking
* Targeting the acquisition of 1–2 new client connections per month
* Leading the full sales process from prospecting and qualification to closing
* Delivering a compelling value proposition for each customer, converting features into measurable business benefits
* Collaborating closely with Marketing, Installations, and other internal teams to maximise impact
* Maintaining accurate records in the CRM system and producing regular performance updates
* Staying current on industry trends and competitor offerings
* Achieving and exceeding monthly and quarterly KPIs and revenue targets
