This role will liaise directly with international customers, managing all interactions and orders, providing a world class service at all times
Description
* Provide a world class level of service to customer during all interactions
* Provide customers with pricing and quotations based on their specific requirements
* Manage customer orders from order processing through to fulfilment, making aware of any potential changes throughout
* Liaise with production to understand stock levels and lead times
* Provide customers with responses within pre agreed service levels
* Liaise with internal stakeholders across the UK and Internationally
* Build and maintain relationships with key B2B Customers
* Undertake ad-hoc admin requirements based on customer needs
