Brook Street/Manpower are partnered with one of our esteem clients based in Knaresborough who are seeking a creative and driven Sales Executive with a passion for interiors to join their luxury showroom on a full-time perm basis.
This is a customer facing role focused on building strong relationships and delivering exceptional service to a diverse client base, including Retail End Users, Architects, Interior Designers, Showroom Partners, and Contractors.
The primary objective of the role is to drive sales growth while ensuring the company is positioned as the stone supplier of choice.
The role
1. Full time perm position
2. Monday- Friday 9:00am- 5:00pm, Saturday 9.00am until 3.00pm with a day off in the week. You will be expected to work every Saturday for the first few months to learn the role, then will be put on a rota.
3. Salary on offer: £30,000 per annum with uncapped commission.

Key Responsibilities
12. Welcome and guide customers through the luxury showroom experience
13. Help customers navigate and understand product ranges
14. Prepare detailed and accurate quotations and cost calculations
15. Proactively achieve and exceed individual and showroom sales targets
16. Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams
17. Present products confidently, explaining features, benefits, and design concepts
18. Prospect and introduce new clients to the business.
19. Develop and maintain long term relationships with existing clients
20. Manage timelines efficiently and close sales in a timely manner
21. Contribute positively as a proactive team member within the showroom
22. Maintain accurate records using CRM systems
23. Support customer communication and social media with strong written content
Skills & Experience Required
24. Previous experience in luxury retail or a high end customer facing environment
25. Strong selling and presentation skills
26. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
27. Good numeracy skills with attention to detail
28. Computer literate (Navision, Word, Outlook, Excel)
29. Ability to work closely and collaboratively within a small team
30. Understanding of design concepts, colour, and interiors
31. Experience working with architectural or technical drawings (desirable)
32. Ability to quantify from technical drawings (desirable)
