Senior Recruiter – Quant Trading Market | Fully Remote
£40,000 – £45,000 Base + 40% Flat Commission
Are you an experienced recruiter in the quant trading or wider financial markets, looking for complete autonomy, serious earning potential, and the flexibility of remote working?
My client is a boutique quantitative recruitment firm with an established footprint in the US and UK, supplying into some of the world's most respected hedge funds and trading firms.
With agreements already in place with major names such as
Citadel, DE Shaw, Two Sigma, Cubist, Point72, MLP
, and access to a live database of 17,000+ specialist candidates, this is a platform where senior recruiters can thrive.
Think of it like a multi-manager hedge fund model: individual portfolio managers run their own books with the firm's backing. Here, it's the same idea for recruiters — you'll leverage the brand, client base, and infrastructure, while building your own desk and maximising your revenue.
The Role
* Take full ownership of the recruitment lifecycle across quant development, trading, research, portfolio management, and financial technology.
* Build and manage your desk independently, supported by a strong database (17k+ candidates, 5k+ BD contacts) and existing supplier agreements.
* Operate remotely with the flexibility to run your desk your way, supported by leadership when needed.
* Collaborate with like-minded recruiters in a high-performance but non-corporate culture.
What We're Looking For
* 2+ years' experience
recruiting in quant trading, financial markets, or similar.
* Proven track record of strong billings (ideally $400k+ USD annually).
* Established network across buy- or sell-side clients.
* Self-driven, delivery-focused, and comfortable working autonomously.
* Strong communicator with a commercial, authentic approach.
