About the Company\nAn award winning fit out and refurbishment contractor based in Liverpool City Centre, who specialise in delivering projects for clients in the retail, leisure and hospitality and residential sectors.\n\nTypical schemes range in value from £0.5m to £4m and compromise of fast track fit outs, complex refurbishments and cut and carve projects.\n\nThe company are going through a sustained period of growth as they have a strong pipeline of projects secured.\n\nAbout the Role\nAs Site Manager you will run a fire protection upgrade scheme in Leeds over 7 x tower blocks.\n\nWorks include;\n\n * Fire Door replacements\n\n * Upgrading Fire Protection Works\n\n * Upgrading electrical works\n\n * Upgrading Fire Alarm systems\n\n * Rip out and replacing of ceilings to comply with fire safety standards\n\nThe scheme will run for approximately 7 months.\nYou will join a small close knit team of professionals, working together to deliver projects on time and within budget, reporting to the Assosciate Director of the division.\n\nYou will be responsible for making sure the project runs to program and ensuring health & safety is adhered to at all times on your projects.\n\nSite Manager Role includes:-\n\n * Management of sub contractors\n\n * Health & Safety\n\n * Toolbox Talks\n\n * Client Liaison\n\n * Accurate reporting of progress to visiting PM\n\nWhat you Need to Succe...
