We have a brand new and exciting opportunity for a proactive HR Administrator who is enthusiastic and eager to develop their career in human resources.
You’ll make full use of your excellent communication skills while building lasting relationships with colleagues by providing a best-in-class HR service.
This role serves as a fantastic stepping stone to gain more HR experience, as you will be working closely with one of our highly experienced HR Business Partners.
Key responsibilities...
* Assist with day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records and processing documentation.
* Act as a point of contact for employees, providing basic HR information and escalating issues to the HR Business Partner as needed.
* Support various projects, including employee engagement initiatives, training programs, and policy updates.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements and assist with audits.
* Compile and analyse HR data and assist with the preparation of board reports.
* Organise events, such as training sessions and workshops.

Adaptability and willingness to learn new skills, as well as having a positive outlook.
Computer literacy is essential, along with strong organisational and time-management skills.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
Proactive and able to work independently.
The role is a hybrid model split between working from home and Northampton, with occasional travel to other locations including our head office in Harefield, and sites in Milton Keynes, Peterborough, Lincolnshire, etc. Having a driving license would be beneficial.
