Are you ready to advance your career in health and safety with a leading Principal Contractor? A reputable construction and property contractor is seeking a Health, Safety, Environment and Quality (HSEQ) Manager to join their expanding team. With a turnover exceeding £500m and long-term contracts with major organizations in the property sector, this role is vital to their ongoing success.
Responsibilities for the Health, Safety, Environment and Quality Manager include:
1. Implementing health and safety policies and procedures on site, ensuring compliance and staying updated with legislative changes.
2. Visiting sites and engaging with key stakeholders to clarify responsibilities and address technical health and safety inquiries.
3. Conducting audits, inspections, and accident investigations, continually seeking improvements in health and safety performance.
4. Engaging with clients and external stakeholders, serving as a key point of contact.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Experience in a similar role, preferably within construction, property, or building maintenance.
* NEBOSH Certificate required; a Diploma is desirable.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with diverse stakeholders.
An UK Driver's license is essential.
