Job Title: Dynamics 365 Business Central Developer
Location: Lichfield, HQ (Hybrid)

We recently completed a major upgrade to Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC230) and are now looking for an experienced Business Central Developer to play a key role in optimising and expanding our systems as we enter our next phase of operational transformation.
The Role:
As a Business Central Developer, you will be instrumental in shaping our future systems and processes. You’ll work on high-impact projects—including a company-wide performance review and process transformation—where you’ll design, develop, and customise Dynamics 365 Business Central to unlock its full potential for our business.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design, develop, and customise Dynamics 365 Business Central features and vertical extensions.
* Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to ensure seamless integration and top-tier system performance.
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring robust, scalable, and reliable solutions.
* Lead and participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle.
* Work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
Key Skills & Experience:
* Proven experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central (including AL, C/AL, and C/Side).
* Proficiency in Visual Studio Code and version control tools.
* Strong understanding of system integrations, APIs, .NET, and web services.
* Solid experience with SQL Server and database management.
* Background in retail, manufacturing, distribution, or supply chain is highly desirable.
* Experience with Power BI or similar business intelligence tools is a plus.
* Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a proactive mindset.
