We're Hiring: Sales Executive / Business Development Manager
Location:Flexible / HQ near Manchester

iCatching Events and Mediais on the lookout for aproactive and ambitious Sales Executiveto join our growing team and help drive new business across our core services:
* Themed trailsand seasonal installations
* Commercial activationsand PR stunts
* Themed eventsfor public and corporate clients
* Event production and equipment services
We work withshopping centres,BIDs,event agencies, andvenuesacross the UK—delivering high-impact, visually stunning events.
Who We’re Looking For:
1.Proactive and Self-Motivated
You don’t wait for leads—you create them. You’re confident with outreach, networking, and uncovering opportunities before others see them.
You can clearly and confidently explain what we do and why it works—verbally and in writing. You know how to adapt your message for different clients, whether it’s a BID manager, shopping centre director, or marketing team.
3.Creative Thinking & Commercial Awareness
You understand the value of creative services and how they solve real-world challenges. You know how to sell an idea, not just a product—especially when it boosts engagement and drives results.
4.Results-Driven & Resilient
You’re motivated by targets, driven to succeed, and not afraid of hearing “no.” Rejection doesn’t knock you—it motivates you to push harder.
5.Industry Knowledge or Adaptability
You might already come from the world of events, marketing, or retail—or you’re just a fast learner who understands what makes clients tick and how to add value.
6.Organised with Strong CRM Discipline
You keep your pipeline clean and your follow-ups tight. You can manage multiple leads and proposals without letting anything slip through the cracks.
7.Team Player with Entrepreneurial Spirit
You collaborate with our creative and production teams to ensure smooth delivery—and you think like a business owner, always looking for growth opportunities and long-term partnerships.
8.Confident Pitching Skills
Whether you’re presenting to one person or a room full of stakeholders, you speak with clarity, enthusiasm and authority. You’re comfortable showing visuals, selling the vision, and backing it up with numbers.
Bonus Points If You Have:
* A network in retail, events, or venue marketing
* Experience using LinkedIn and digital lead generation tools
* Confidence working on seasonal timelines and campaign planning
