Site Manager – New Build Housing
Location: Ilfracombe, North Devon

We are looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to oversee a new build housing development in Ilfracombe, North Devon. This is a permanent role with a reputable residential developer, offering long-term local work.
Responsibilities
1. Manage the day-to-day running of a new build housing site
2. Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and site logistics
3. Ensure works are delivered safely, on programme, and to required quality standards
4. Maintain high standards of health & safety and site compliance
5. Liaise with the wider project and technical team as required
Requirements
6. Previous experience as a Site Manager on new build housing projects
7. Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certificates (essential)
8. Strong leadership and organisational skills
9. Good knowledge of local subcontractors in North Devon is highly advantageous
