Site Manager - Fit Out (Temporary Contract)
Vickerstock are proud to be working in partnership with a respected fit out contractor to recruit a Site Manager for a flagship refurbishment project. This is a 13-week temporary contract, with the possibility of additional work following successful project delivery.
This is a hands-on role suited to an experienced Site Manager who thrives in high-quality, detail-focused environments.
The Role
1. Day-to-day management of site activities and subcontractors
2. Ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to a high standard of finish
3. Coordinating trades and materials to meet programme milestones
4. Maintaining site records, RAMS and quality checks
5. Reporting progress to the Project Manager
What You'll Need
6. Previous experience as a Site Manager within fit out or refurbishment
7. Strong attention to detail and quality control
8. Proven ability to manage multiple trades on site
9. SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid (preferred)
10. Full UK driving licence
What's On Offer
11. Day rate equivalent to £50,000 - £60,000 per annum
12. 13-week temporary contract with potential for further work
