Job Title: Site Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Site Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a new build housing project. You will play a key role in ensuring the project is completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Managing and overseeing the construction site, ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations.
2. Coordinating subcontractors and site teams to ensure project timelines are met.
3. Monitoring and controlling project costs and budgets.
4. Ensuring quality standards are maintained throughout the project.
5. Liaising with clients, architects, and project managers to provide updates and resolve any issues.
6. Conducting site inspections and providing progress reports.
7. Ensuring all necessary materials and equipment are available on-site.
Key Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Site Manager, ideally in new build housing projects.
* Strong understanding of construction processes, health and safety regulations, and quality control.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
* CSCS Card (Construction Site Safety) and SMSTS (Site Manager Safety Training Scheme) are essential.
* First Aid certification is a plus.
* Experience with project management software is advantageous.
