Tier 1 Main Contractor
Were seeking an experienced Site Manager to join a leading Tier 1 contractor on a new, high:profile project at an RAF base.
Youll be responsible for the day:to:day management of a challenging GBP20 million construction project, ensuring it is delivered safely, on time, and within budget. This is a unique opportunity to work on a secure, live Ministry of Defence (MOD) site, so previous experience in a similar environment is a huge plus.
The Role
As Site Manager, you will:

Lead and motivate the site team, subcontractors, and supply chain.
*
Implement and enforce the highest standards of health, safety, and quality.
*
Plan, schedule, and oversee all on:site activities to ensure project milestones are met.
*
Liaise with the client and other key stakeholders, maintaining strong relationships.
*
Manage site logistics, resources, and materials efficiently.
*
Ensure all work is carried out to the required specifications and standards.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
*
Proven experience as a Site Manager on large:scale construction projects, preferably valued at GBP10m or more.
*
A strong understanding of MOD or similar secure site protocols.
*
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
*
A valid SMSTS and CSCS card.
*
Strong commercial awareness and a proactive approach to problem:solving.
*
A full UK driving license.
