Site Manager - Wembley Primary School - September 2025 Start \nPertemps Education is working in partnership with a primary school in Wembley to recruit a Site Manager for a September 2025 start. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and proactive professional to take on a key role in maintaining and developing the school’s site and facilities.\nThe successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the school premises are safe, secure, clean, and well maintained, contributing to a positive and productive learning environment for pupils and staff.\n\nLocation: Wembley\nStart Date: September 2025\nContract: Full-Time, 36 hours per Week\nSalary: £36,413 - £37,938\n\nAbout the Role: \n\nMaintain the general school premises, furniture and fittings, and report any issues to School Business Manager\nCarry out porterage duties, such as moving furniture and equipment around the school\nCarry out small repairs and DIY projects\nArrange larger repairs and obtain quotes from contractors\nAdvise on site development projects and make recommendations on site use\nTo continually look at ways of energy savings to ensure the building operatives effectively and efficiently and promote recycling measures in the school.\nSupport School Business Manager with performance management objectives and training for caretaker\nThe Ideal Candidate Will: \n\nHave previous experience in a school environment (essential)\nDemonstrate excellent knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance\nBe practical, hands-on, and capable of carrying out minor repairs and maintenance\nBe reliable, proactive, and take pride in maintaining a clean and safe environment\nBe organised and able to manage time and priorities effectively\nPossess good communication skills and be confident liaising with external contractors and school staff\nBe flexible and committed to the ethos of the school community\nWhy Join This School? \n\nSupportive and collaborative school leadership\nFriendly and inclusive school environment\nOpportunity to make a lasting impact in a key role\nOngoing training and development opportunities\nA strong focus on staff wellbeing and professional growth\nTo Apply: \nPlease follow the instructions in this advert, send your CV to (url removed), or call (phone number removed) for more information
