Are you an experienced HR Officer who thrives in a fast-paced environment where you can have autonomy over your own employee and management team?
I am currently working with a client who is looking for an experienced HR Officer, reporting to a HR Business Partner. Duties include:
1. Leading on all absence cases
2. Supporting the business partner in investigations for more complex employee relations cases
3. Supporting in all new employee cases from recruitment to onboarding, including detailed right-to-work and background checks
4. Attending and note-taking at formal HR meetings
5. Maintaining HRIS
6. Issuing new starter contracts and creating welcome packs
This is a full-time position with hybrid and flexible working arrangements, requiring weekly site visits (Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire, and Leicestershire). A full driving license and own transport are essential.
We are seeking experienced HR Officers who have supported or led employee relations cases and ideally hold a CIPD Level 3 qualification or equivalent.
You should be accustomed to working in regulated environments where attention to detail and accuracy are critical, even at pace, with experience in audits and a thorough understanding of GDPR.
