City site solutions are looking for a site manager to work on a project in Eastbourne, BN20 This is an immediate requirement with a start Monday 19th January 2026. Workign with a contractor who specialise in cladding remediation, delivering comprehensive solutions to ensure building safety and regulatory compliance. Requirements listed below: * MUST HAVE experience managing a Fire remediation project. * First aid at work * Level 6 NVQ in Construction site management/Black CSCS Card * SMSTS Roles and Responsibilities: * Implement and enforce the Construction Phase Plan. * Ensure works are complete as per RAMS and FRA. * Complete daily paperwork. * Maintain and manage the programme ensuring works stay on track * Manage and upload QA documents onto QA software * Manage site logistics of - scaffold lorry, deliveries and traffic marshalls * Maintain a high level of workmanship from subcontractors. * Co-ordinate Building control and fire engineer inspections. IT requirements: - Microsoft (word, excel, powerpoint & project) & teams literate.
