About the Role
As an HR Administrator, you’ll play a key role in representing Spectrum’s People Team, delivering proactive, efficient HR support to our Operations team and wider business. Based at our Head Office in Paisley, you’ll help deliver the high standards of service we’re known for - embracing creative thinking, attention to detail, and a values-driven approach in everything you do.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Assist with end-to-end recruitment, including posting job adverts, coordinating interviews, and managing candidate communications.
* Support with onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring all documents and systems are up to date.
* Carry out right to work checks and support compliance with employee record-keeping.
* Prepare and issue HR documents including contracts, offer letters, and change of contract letters.
* Help collate and submit accreditation documentation for event staff.
* Maintain and update our HR system with accurate employee data ensuring GDPR compliance.
* Provide admin support for investigations, disciplinaries, and other HR procedures as needed.
* Liaise with managers and team leaders to support HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
* Support the wider People Team with ad hoc tasks and reporting including projects and change initiatives.
* Schedule: Monday to Friday 09:30-14:30
* Pay: £27,000 per annum pro-rata, paid monthly in arrears
* Contract: Permanent contract, 25 hours per week
* Location: Modern offices based in Paisley, PA3 near Glasgow Airport with multiple transport links available

Who We’re Looking For
* HR Administration experience – essential
* Proficient in Microsoft Packages – essential
* Holder of a full UK driver’s license – preferred
* A confident communicator who can engage with people at all levels both verbally and written
