The successful candidate will also lead training for existing teaching assistants in managing challenging behaviour.
Your responsibilities will include taking a lead role in behaviour monitoring and developing staff behaviour techniques, which may involve planning, preparing, and delivering training sessions for individuals or groups of staff.
You will cover staff teaching absences by fulfilling gaps in the teaching day and provide support across all areas of the broad curriculum, including academic and vocational subjects, both on-site and off-site.
