Job Overview:
Start Date: 26/01/2026
Duration: 3-4 Months
Location: Liverpool, but has to be flexible to travel to different sites
Rate of Pay: Negotiable depending on experience
Hours Worked per Week: 50
Payment Options: CIS, LTD and Umbrella What You'll Need To Succeed:
Certification: Valid and in-date CSCSReferences: 2 checkable employer referencesSMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)CSCS Black Card (Manager level)
Day-to-day management of site activities
Coordinating groundworks, drainage, utilities, roads, foundations, and concrete works
Managing direct labour and subcontractors
Ensuring works follow drawings, specifications, and method statements
Sequencing works efficiently to meet programme deadlines
